Lateness: 

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if a student arrives late. Full session fee will still be charged.

• If a student does not arrive within 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show, and the tutor will be allowed to leave. In this case, full session fee will still apply.

Absences:

• If tutors are informed about the absence at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge.

• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we kindly ask for the full session fee, as tutors set aside their time in advance.
